The fashion weeks with the collections for the coming fall are behind us and that means it’s time to take a closer look at the fashion colours of the autumn/winter season 2022/2023. What did we see and what awaits us? The colours for this season reflect “hybrid lifestyles” and “conflicting desires” as the world looks to a new landscape, according to experts at the Pantone Color Institute.
Soothing colours like midnight and lichen blue, coffee browns, caramel and wintery whites represent the need for the natural sense of stability and tangibility, while bright shades like ruddy reds, tangerine, spicy yellows, pouty purples, and pink dreams express the need to celebrate life.
In a world full of contradictions, the colours for Autumn/Winter 2022/2023 allow us to move between contrasting shades, spontaneously expressing who we are and how we feel – something we love at DUTZ! After all, nothing beats a good dose of colour.
